Lunch and Breakout Sessions
Locations: Various
Start Time 11:15 am – End Time 1:15 pm
Box lunches will be available for pickup starting at 11:15 am, and throughout the extended 2-hour lunch session. Attendees may eat their lunches in the Main Event Center, or on-the-go as they break into groups to visit/network with other faculty researchers during lunch at any number of locations in the Jackson Avenue Center, or take them to Group Meetings or Information Sessions.
Speed Networking
Time: 11:30 to 12:30.
Venue: Auditorium C
Participation: Limited to those who signed up during the registration process.
Lunch: Speed Networking participants should wait until AFTER the session to pick up their lunches.
The following open Information Sessions have been requested and are being scheduled. Listed times and venues are tentative. All Research Day participants are invited to walk in to any of these information sessions. Seating space is limited and first come, first seated.
Research Insight Information Session
Time: 11:30 to 12:20.

Conducting Research on Amazon Mechanical Turk
Time: 11:40 to 12:20.

Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) presents time-and cost-effective opportunities to conduct research, including online surveys and experiments. The session will discuss the benefits, challenges, and tips for collecting data on MTurk.

Creating Your Evaluation Plan in 5 Simple Steps
Time: 12:30 to 1:10.

Interprofessional Education: Its Role in Improved Healthcare
Time: 12:30 to 1:10.
